We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project that falls under the categories below.

Prohibited Content

  • Content depicting minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative manner.
  • Non-consensual sexual content or content that infringes on a real person's likeness without authorisation.
  • Content promoting hatred, harassment or violence toward protected groups.
  • Content that incites or glorifies terrorism, extremist organisations or mass violence.
  • Content infringing third-party intellectual property where the client cannot prove license or ownership.
  • Content designed to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing or illegal activity in your jurisdiction.

Anti-Money-Laundering & Sanctions

We may decline orders from individuals or entities subject to applicable sanctions, or where the source of funds cannot be reasonably established. Suspected fraud is reported to our payment processors.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund (for work already started in good faith on a brief that was misrepresented), revocation of granted licenses, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
