Delivery Policy

All deliverables are digital. We do not ship physical products of any kind.

1. Method of Delivery

Final files are delivered electronically via secure download link, email attachment or shared cloud folder, at the agreed quality and format (PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD, AI, SVG depending on package).

2. Delivery Times

Estimated turnaround per package is published on the pricing page and reconfirmed in your project brief. Express delivery is available on request for an additional fee.

3. Delays

Estimated delivery times depend on timely feedback from the client. Delays caused by the client (late responses, scope changes) extend the timeline proportionally.

4. Re-delivery

If a download link expires, we will re-issue it free of charge within 90 days of original delivery. After that period a small reactivation fee may apply, as files may have been archived.
